7. Payment and cancellation

The Build is billed 50% at the project start date and 50% on delivery. We commit a dedicated team from day one.

Cancellation by the client. You may end an engagement before delivery at any time. If you cancel after the project start date, you are charged for work completed in good faith (including any strategy, design, development, and infrastructure work done up to the cancellation date), and the remainder of the upfront payment is refunded. We will provide a written summary of work completed within 5 business days of cancellation. The brief, designs, and any code produced up to that point are yours.

Missed deadline. If Norde fails to deliver by the agreed deadline without a client-side reason, the final 50% payment is waived in full.

If Norde is unable to deliver a project due to reasons on our end, we will issue a full refund of all payments made for that specific project.

No refunds are issued after the complete project has been delivered to the client.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Norde is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that state.
