Vaultboard is a financial operations dashboard for small fund managers. It required multi-role permissions, a granular audit log, integrations with two data providers, and a reporting layer that could export to PDF.
The complexity was real. We scoped it carefully in The Plan phase, identified the two highest-risk integration points early, and built a working prototype of both before writing any production code.
We shipped on day 31. One day past the agreed deadline due to an unexpected API change from a third-party provider. Per our contract, the final payment was waived. James paid it anyway.
The product has been in production for three months. Zero critical incidents. James brought us back for a Studio engagement to continue feature development.
