Vantage

I wanted something that felt like a Bloomberg terminal built for normal people. Every finance app I tried was either too simple or buried in features nobody asked for. Norde understood the brief immediately. Three months after launch, half our users had canceled their financial advisor.

Co-founder, Vantage

Priya and her co-founder wanted a net worth tracker that aggregated across bank accounts, investment portfolios, real estate, and crypto -- all in one dashboard that updated automatically and looked like it belonged on a finance professional's desk.

The integration complexity was the challenge. We connected to Plaid for bank and brokerage data, added manual entry for illiquid assets, and built a charting layer that showed net worth over time by category. The design had to match the ambition of the product.

We shipped Vantage in 30 days. Four asset class views, a goals module, a transaction feed, and a web app with a companion iOS app. Every number updated automatically.

The beta launched to 200 users. Within three months, half had canceled their financial advisor subscriptions -- averaging $4,800 a year in fees. Priya is now in conversations with two fintech funds about a seed round.
